I contacted Keith, to state my intention in purchasing a HDB unit. Within a day, he proposed for a meet up and asked several basic questions to understand our expectation or rather requirements. After listening to it, Keith explains the whole procedure starting from requirement eligibility, breakdown of potential cost till the purchase of unit. He also proposed how we should proceed in orderly steps to avoid any hiccups at later part in the property purchase. Keith, was prompt in follow-ups, offers unbiased advice, and gives us a summary with pro/cons in every unit's we have viewed.
